Healthy Heart / Cardiovascular Checks

Heart Checks are FREE for enrolled patients who meet the eligibility criteria below:

• Males over 45
• Females over 55
• Males over 35 if you are of Indian or Maori ethnicity
• Females over 45 if you are of Indian or Maori ethnicity

The check involves a practice nurse reviewing your family medical history and a blood test.  Results are then analysed by computer to create your Cardiovascular Disease risk.
