Living & Working in Central Otago
This is a wonderful area to live and raise a family. Central Otago is famous for big skies, clean air and rolling landscapes, with fruit orchards and farms throughout the region.
This is a rural area with a local hospital based in Clyde, 10 mins from Alexandra. Dunedin is the main regional centre – approximately 2 hours away.
The adventure towns of Queenstown and Wanaka are within an hour’s drive from Alexandra and there are 3 ski fields, also within driving distance.
Queenstown has an international airport with easy direct flight access to the main centres in New Zealand and Australia.
