Enrolling is FREE. By enrolling at HealthCentral your visits to the doctor or nurse will be cheaper, and all visits for children under the age of 14 are FREE.

The enrolment form will ask for your details such as name, age, date of birth, address and ethnicity. The information collected when you enrol is protected by the Privacy Act 1993 and the Health Information Privacy Code 1994.
